Welcome to ESLwithJames.com, operated by Toria Group , located at 14502 Greenview Drive, Ste 500 1066, Laurel, MD. These Terms of Service apply to all users, visitors, and students of ESL with James. By accessing this site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following legally binding terms.

 
Use of Services
By enrolling or using ESL with James services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.

Personal Accounts
Some services require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access to [email protected] immediately.

Content Ownership
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of ESL with James or its licensors. You may not use or distribute any materials without written permission.

Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review regularly.

Eligibility
Our services are for adults aged 18+ whose first language is not English. If a student is later found to be a native English speaker, we may unenroll them without refund.

Optional Video Assignments
Some courses include one-way video assignments (e.g., via TestGorilla). Participation is optional. Feedback will be provided, but students will not receive access to the recordings. Declining video participation will not affect course completion.

Conduct and Safety
You must not share personal info (e.g., PINs, passwords) with others. Respect instructors and classmates. Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated. Phone-based assignments will never request sensitive data. When in doubt, hang up and report to [email protected].

Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s terms. ESL with James does not store your full payment data.

Refund Policy
Standard Courses: 100% refund if requested within 7 days of the course start date
Bootcamps: 100% refund if requested within 2 days of the course start date
No refunds will be issued for students found ineligible (e.g., native English speakers)
To request a refund, email [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for harm caused by other students, technical issues, or course results. You use the site and services at your own risk.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules in Maryland, USA. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of enrollment. Arbitration will be in English and each party covers their own costs unless otherwise decided.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA. Any legal claims will be resolved under Maryland jurisdiction.
